1. Introduction
D4N1 Technologies Pty Ltd ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile applications ("Apps") available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Our Apps may be marketed under various brand names distinct from our company name.
Some of our Apps are designed for general audiences, while others are specifically designed for children under the age of 13. We take children's privacy seriously and comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and other applicable laws.
By downloading, accessing, or using our Apps, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you are a parent or guardian providing consent for a child to use our children-directed Apps, you agree to this Privacy Policy on behalf of your child. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, please do not use our Apps.
2. Information We Collect
The information we collect varies depending on whether the App is designed for general audiences or specifically for children. We collect different types of information as described below:

For Apps not directed at children, personal information is data that can be used to identify you individually. We may collect:
• Name and contact information (email address, phone number)
• Account credentials (username, password)
• Profile information (profile picture, preferences, settings)
• Payment information (processed securely through third-party payment processors)

2.2.1 Information Collected Without Parental Consent
We may collect the following information from children without parental consent, as permitted under COPPA:
• Persistent identifiers (device ID, IP address) used solely for internal operations such as app functionality, security, or analytics
• Technical information necessary for the App to function (device type, operating system, app version)
• Usage data and analytics (features used, time spent in app, crash reports) - collected anonymously
• In-app game progress and settings (stored locally on the device when possible)
2.2.2 Information Collected With Parental Consent
With verifiable parental consent, we may collect:
• Parent or guardian email address (to obtain and verify consent)
• Child's username or display name (not full legal name)
• Child's age or date of birth (for age-appropriate content)
• User-generated content created by the child (drawings, recordings, messages) - only if necessary for app functionality

We do NOT collect from children:
• Full name, home address, or telephone number
• Social Security numbers
• Precise geolocation information

• App usage data (features accessed, time spent in the App, interaction with content)
• Log data (IP address, crash reports, system activity, app errors)
• Advertising identifiers (Apple's IDFA or Google's Advertising ID) - NOT collected in children-directed Apps
2.4 Location Information
With your permission, we may collect location information through GPS, Wi-Fi, or cellular network data to provide location-based features and services. You can control location permissions through your device settings.
We do not collect precise geolocation information from children.
2.5 Camera and Photo Library
If you grant permission, we may access your device camera or photo library to allow you to upload photos or use camera-based features within our Apps. For children-directed Apps, camera and photo access requires explicit parental consent and is only used for age-appropriate creative features (such as taking photos of artwork or educational projects).
2.6 Contacts and Calendar
Certain general audience Apps may request access to your contacts or calendar to enable sharing features or event management. This access is only granted with your explicit permission.
Children-directed Apps do not access contacts or calendar information.
2.7 Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We may use cookies, web beacons, and similar tracking technologies in general audience Apps to collect information about your browsing activities and preferences.
In children-directed Apps, we only use persistent identifiers for internal operations (app functionality, security, fraud prevention) and do not use them for behavioral advertising or building user profiles.
